  • Use the device from you usually login main SC
  • Register on brandservices.amazon.com on the same email as main SC from the main device.
  • Use serial number from TM application (example 907xxxxx ) & Select pending option
  • Product pictures + packaging showing your brand name affixed – Atleast 2-3 images showing product in hand (no stickers recommended)

 

  1. After applying Amazon may send code to your TM email which you provided while filing
  2. Once you get the code on email, send this code to Amazon brand registry team through case log by logging into brandservices.amazon.com > Support > caselog

A: Either you should have your brand website to which shows the product and UPC code or you should have an eBay listing to show that you have sold 1 unit, Then that date of sold means specimen of usage – Brand website showing your product is being sold with buy button so we don’t have to go for “intent to use” else you will have to pay extra to govt!

If you are not selling your product or not providing services already and your brand name is not in use and its just a concept, USA govt have a unique way to protect it, we have to file an intent to use, it protect your brand name for next 6 months and once you are already using your brand name and its available for public, you will be able to file a trademark, Intent to use have the same fee as a trademark, after you have filed intent to use, you have to file trademark as well and it has the same fee.
